Core Functions and Principles
The car refrigerator driver is a key component that enables the car refrigerator to operate stably and realize the cooling or heating functions.Its operation is based on the principle of power conversion and control.Itis mainly responsible for accurately and efficiently converting and allocating the electric energy of the vehicle power supply(generally 12V DC,some large vehicles are adapted to 24V power supply)to provide adaptive power supportfor the refrigerator's cooling and heating system.During the refrigeration process, following the working mechanism of compressor refrigerators,the driver regulates the electric energy to drive the compressor to operate,promote the circulation of refrigerantto achieve heat exchange and reduce the temperatureinside the box;for semiconductor car refrigerators,the driver adjusts the current and voltage parameters to change the hot and cold end temperatures of the semiconductor components to achieve cooling or heating effects.

It has a wide range ofadaptability and can match car refrigerators of different capacities,different refrigeration technologies (compressor refrigeration,semiconductor refrigeration)and different brands.From mini3-5liter car refrigerators to medium and large30 iters  and  above refrigerators  for RVsand  commercial  vehicles,it  can  adjust  the power  output  as needed  to  ensure  the normal  operation of the refrigerator.At the same time,it can be wellcompatible with various electrical systems of the vehicle,whether itis the circuit system  of  traditional  fuel  vehicles  or  the  complex high-voltage  and low-voltage hybrid power  supply  architecture  of  new  energy  vehicles, it can be seamlessly connected without interfering with the normaluse of the vehicle's original electronic equipment,such as car navigation,audio system,etc.

Appearance and  Installation Characteristics
The appearance is  usually designed to  be smalland  compact,in a  regular rectangular orflat  box shape,so that  it can  beflexibly installed  and arranged in the limited space of the vehicle.Most of them are metal shells,which are conducive to heat dissipation and protection of internal circuit  components.The  installation  is extremely  simple,and  most of  them  use a  combination  of  plug-in connection  and  wire fastening to  connect the  vehicle power  supply and  the  refrigerator body.Some  products come  with  mounting brackets  and  buckles, which can be fixed in hidden locations such as under the vehicle seat and the side wall of the trunk,which is both stable and space-saving.
