In the R&D lab of Hangzhou System Tech, there’s one figure often seen fine-tuning equipment late into the night—Chen Lifeng, our Senior R&D Engineer. Over the past decade, his journey has taken him from factory floors in China’s Yangtze River Delta to production lines across Southeast Asia. Today, he’s embedding that experience into the DNA of System Tech products.

Chen’s story began on the maintenance team of a textile factory in Zhejiang. When he saw Southeast Asian factories shut down due to equipment incompatibility, he realized: true automation can’t just live in a lab. Since joining System Tech in 2018, he’s led teams into over 30 factories in Indonesia and Thailand. In scorching 40°C workshops, he documented 167 failure cases—real-world data that shaped our ST-9000 smart controller series.
